Local Causes

The importance of local communities supporting local causes in the borough has been highlighted by Bev Cook and Huckleberries Nurture Farm CIC.

Huckleberries Nurture Farm is a local cause that is receiving much-needed funds from the Co-op's Local Community Fund, thanks to Co-op Members.

In our exclusive interview, Bev talks about how the farm, which is home to chickens, ducks, rabbits, six goats and a dog, provides a safe and nurturing place where children can escape the pressures of everyday life.
