With Godalming now in lockdown, we will be supporting local businesses by telling our readers how they are continuing to serve their customers.

If you have moved your business online, are serving takeaway or delivering food or goods, we will let the town know how you are continuing to serve your customers at this difficult time.

The Greenhouse is still able to do local deliveries and is offering a call or click and collect service. Call them on 01483 414853.

Red Lotus Tai Chi and Qi Gong is running classes via Zoom during lockdown.

Owner Darren Plumb teaches three different styles of Tai Chi and many different Qi Gong forms. The online Qi Gong and static Tai Chi classes will run every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 10.30am to 11.45am. Sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings run from 7pm to 8.15pm and will provide deeper learning of both Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Great coffee, tea, hot chocolate, breakfast treats, newspapers and a warm welcome await visitors to Ritual Coffee on platform one at Farncombe Station. Ritual coffee has teamed up with Cheesmans to offer fruit and veg boxes during the pandemic. Customers should visit the Cheesmans website, select what they would like in their £20 box, place an order and the box will be delivered to Ritual Coffee ready for collection. Milk, eggs and grab bags of coffee are also available. The Little Gym is offering free online classes on its YouTube channel. Subscribe and have fun with your little ones! The trained instructors at The Little Gym have nurtured happy, confident kids through a range of programmes. For every stage of your child's development - from 10 months to 12 years - The Little Gym in Godalming, based in Chiddingfold offers a diverse line of classes, camps and parties filled with movement, music, learning and laughter. Visit them on Facebook. Although R.A Robertsons of Bramley will be closed, the shop will continue to offer an online and phone sales service and collection facility. Lingwood Samuel, the artist-run gallery in Church Street, will be taking orders online: items can be collected from the shop or delivered locally to Godalming, Haslemere and Cranleigh. Items can also be posted worldwide. The gallery is a 'curious world' of delightful and unique art, craft and jewellery, selling pieces from handmade porcelain Christmas decorations to wonderful sculptures and pictures. The Instagram and Facebook pages are regularly updated with ideas for Christmas. The doors of the Godalming Art Shop in Bridge Street will be closed but they will still be taking orders and operating a click and collect service for their art and craft materials. Sameena Thompson at The Art of Curry will still be offering her delicious Friday night curries, but will not be selling cooking sauces for the duration of the next lockdown. Order via the website by 10am Thursday. The Godalming Party Company and Nelly's Bakes at The Old Coal Yard in Hambledon will both be providing a Click & Collect and delivery service. Nightingale Florist in Farncombe will remain open behind locked doors. Contact them via the website, Instagram or Facebook or call the shop on 01483 429339 to order flowers, plants, farewell flowers and gifts. You can also buy fresh Christmas wreaths and garlands and order your Christmas tree from them. Nightingale can deliver to your door, and also offer a click-and-collect service. They will also be running wreath-making courses on Zoom. Call the shop to check availability. Surreywafflesandstuff at Broadwater Park will still be serving our wonderful community with fresh ground coffee/delicious waffles and other delights during this lockdown. There will be no tables or chairs until the restrictions are lifted. Imadethiscrafts will still be operating during lockdown. If you want facemasks, craft and sewing kits, fabrics and haberdashery, get in touch. Coming soon: Crochet beginners and Christmas-themed Zoom classes.

Imadethiscrafts will shortly be adding dates for the classes and can post out everything else or do a click and collect service.
