Follow the spooky Scarecrow Trail!

Hallowe'en is lurking round the corner, and Godalming's shops and businesses have thrown themselves into the spirit of the season with a Hallowe'en Scarecrow Trail.
Put together by Godalming Party Company owner Sindy Hammond-Jones, the trail feaures spooky scarecrows and ghoulish facts about Godalming put together by Sindy and Godalming Museum Curator Alison Pattison.
Pictured here are just a few of the 36 figures in the windows of shops and businesses across Farncombe and Godalming as well as Shackleford and Hambledon.
Children are encouraged to pick up a copy of the trail or download it here, and answer the questions on their sheet for a chance to win a prize.
The questions cover Godalming's gory, creepy and intriguing history - all suitable for children though. The scarecrows will be on display until Saturday (October 31st).
