Good morning Godalming!

It's the first day of September, and back to school week: for some of us that also means a return to work. Good luck if you're heading back to the workplace, college or school.

We've got spells of sunshine and cloudy patches lined up on the weather front, so nothing dramatic to report there.

We've still got traffic lights at Eashing Lane, and at Pullman Lane: the Pullman Lane works are due to finish on Wednesday, so fingers crossed that SSE do manage to complete the work on time. The Thames Water works at the bottom of Charterhouse Road are due to finish today, which will help traffic move more freely through that area.
