Surrey County Council is sending its gritters out tonight as temperatures are forecast to fall to freezing point.
Priority One roads will be treated - that's roads used by more than 8,000 vehicles during an average day.
You can see what priority your road is by using this handy online map.
Surrey says it decides when to spread salt by taking into consideration a number of factors, including weather forecasts, computerised ice prediction systems and information from roadside weather stations.
Temperatures are set to drop to freezing by 6am tomorrow, and it's going to be a chilly day, with daytime temperatures of around 1 or 2 degrees C, and with the wind chill factor taken into account this will feel like around minus 1.
The coldest part of the day will be around 9am, with a 'feels like' temperature of minus 4, and the same again from around 8pm onwards and into Friday.
