Make sure your shed is secure, say Surrey Police

Local News by The Editor 3rd Feb 2021

Lockdown has seen the number of burglaries drop in and around Godalming, according to Surrey Police, unsurprisingly, as we are all at home much more.

The most popular targets for burglars, according to Surrey Police, are: lawnmowers, sports equipment, power tools and garden tools.

Officers have reiterated their advice about keeping sheds and outbuildings locked and secure.

Click here for some more advice from Surrey Police on how you can keep your garden buildings safe from unwelcome visitors.
