As Godalming prepares to head into a second lockdown, we will be supporting local businesses by telling our readers how they are continuing to serve their customers.

If you're moving your business online, serving takeaway or delivering food or goods, we will let the town know how you are planning to keep serving your customers at this difficult time.

Contact us by email, via our Facebook page or through Twitter.

Kellie will still be making brilliant birthday cakes in her Farncombe kitchen. Contact A Kellie Cake via Facebook here.

Sameena Thompson at The Art of Curry will still be offering her delicious Friday night curries, but will not be selling cooking sauces for the duration of the next lockdown. Order via the website by 10am Thursday.

The Godalming Party Company and Nelly's Bakes at The Old Coal Yard in Hambledon will both be providing a Click & Collect and delivery service.

Order from Nelly's Bakes via Facebook, email or phone on 07969 820386.

Order from The Godalming Party Company via the website, via Facebook or by phone on 01428 687984.

Nightingale Florist in Farncombe will remain open behind locked doors. Contact them via the website, Instagram or Facebook or call the shop on 01483 429339 to order flowers, plants, farewell flowers and gifts.

You can also buy fresh Christmas wreaths and garlands and order your Christmas tree from them. Nightingale can deliver to your door, and also offer a click-and-collect service. They will also be running wreath-making courses on Zoom. Call the shop to check availability.

Surreywafflesandstuff at Broadwater Park will still be serving our wonderful community with fresh ground coffee/delicious waffles and other delights during this lockdown.

There will be no tables or chairs until the restrictions are lifted.

Imadethiscrafts will still be operating during lockdown. If you want facemasks, craft and sewing kits, fabrics and haberdashery, get in touch.

Coming soon: Crochet beginners and Christmas-themed Zoom classes.

Imadethiscrafts will shortly be adding dates for the classes and can post out everything else or do a click and collect service. BodyHarmonies Massage will not be able to offer face-to-face sessions but will run video sessions with you assess your problem and show you how to self-treat at home until you can book in for a remedial massage treatment. As a qualified aromatherapist, Amanda can help you with lots of bespoke aromatherapy products to use at home, from massage oils to shower gels, diffusing blends to bath salts.

Her Neal's Yard Remedies Organics online shop is also open - order direct, or if you need a gift wrapping and posting, she can do that too.

Shalford Security will be working through the lockdown, following Covid guidelines. Call them on 07554 134 717.

Cornmeter in Church Street is designated an essential shop and will be open for the duration of the lockdown. Click here to visit their website.
