No trains between Guildford and Petersfield this weekend

If you're planning on heading out on the trains this weekend, be aware that engineering work means the lines will be closed between Guildford and Petersfield on Saturday AND Sunday.

A bus replacement service will run instead.

Saturday.

This Saturday, September 12th, a revised rail service will run between London Waterloo and Guildford, and buses will run between Guildford and Petersfield. A revised rail service will also run between Petersfield and Portsmouth Harbour. Extra trains will run between London Waterloo, Woking and Portsmouth, via Eastleigh and Fareham. Sunday

On Sunday , September 13th, the lines between Petersfield and Havant will also be closed.

A revised rail service will run between London Waterloo and Guildford.

Buses will run between Guildford and Havant, and a revised rail service will run between Havant and Portsmouth Harbour.

Passengers travelling between London Waterloo, Clapham Junction or Woking and Portsmouth are being encouraged to use the services running via Eastleigh and Fareham to avoid using the buses.
