This week's Roadworks Roundup

Scheduled roadworks in and around Godalming this week are as follows:

Brighton Road, Godalming.

Closed until November 27th. A diversion is in place via Dunsfold and Bramley.

Gas company SGN is upgrading the network. The work will continue until December 4th.

Rake Lane, Milford.

Closed overnight on Wednesday, November 4th as Surrey County Council carries out roadworks.

The road will be shut from 8pm to 6am on Thursday.

Aarons Hill, Godalming.

Thames Water engineers are laying pipes to service the new homes being built at Ockford Park.

The road will be closed near the junction with Eashing Lane until November 15th.

The following roadworks are also scheduled for this week: none are expected to cause any disruption to traffic.

BT will be carrying out works in Miltons Crescent and in Ockford Ridge from November 3rd to 5th, and Surrey County Council contractors will be working in Ockford Ridge on November 4th and 5th. Scottish and Southern Electric and SGN will be carrying out works at May Close from November 4th to 10th. Scottish and Southern Power Distribution will be working in Moss Lane from November 5th to 11th and in the High Street until Tuesday (November 3rd). SGN are still working in Catteshall Road, and will be there until November 27th. Thames Water works in Marshall Road are due to finish on Wednesday (November 4th). The SGN works in St John's Street, Farncombe, are due to finish today (Monday). Thames Water's work in Elizabeth Road should be finished by Tuesday (November 3rd). Thames Water will be working in Silo Road until Wednesday (November 3rd). Scottish and Southern Power will be working in Cornfields until the end of today (Monday). BT will be in Birch Road from November 4th to 6th.
