Godalming churches set to run course for those suffering with depression

Times have been tough for all of us, and many people are suffering from anxiety and depression.

Busbridge and Hambledon churches are running a Hope in Depression course for people suffering from depression, and those who care for them.

The online course starts tomorrow (Tuesday, January 26th) at 7.30pm and runs for six weeks. The two-hour sessions are delivered via Zoom.

Topics covered each week are as follows: You are not alone; brain chemistry and medication; talking therapies; nutrition; understanding anxiety and Mindfulness; and self care and exercise.
