I'm a remedial massage therapist and aromatherapist. I qualified in 2002 having been made redundant from the big corporate world, and have never looked back.

I specialise in getting people out of pain and mobile again, using a variety of massage modalities including classic Swedish Massage through to brand-new and revolutionary Myofascial Release techniques.

I'm fully insured through the Complementary Therapists' Association (CThA) and maintain my required CPD annually.

I work by appointment at home in Milford, or home visits (approx 10 mile radius) if you are house-bound. I work in a Covid-safe environment, observing all PPE regulations.

I'm an Independent Consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies Organics, and use their amazing products in my therapy room for massage and facials.

I advise on and sell Studio10 makeup, a brilliant range designed for people with 40+ skin.

I also have a small side-hustle making and selling Beeswax Food Wraps!
